These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on sridevinight. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. Opening an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of registration.

Non-transactional personal data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Transaction logs tied to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe payments are retained for seven years under financial record-keeping obligations, then permanently deleted.
